If I do not receive a message within 24 hours of the item being ordered, the item will arrive at the wrong location and I will not reimburse you or send a replacement since it is the buyers responsibility to make sure all your critical information is accurate. If you input the wrong address and realize after the fact, message me on Etsy or send me an email within 24 hours of your purchase and I will correct the mistake. Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping information, if an item is shipped to the wrong address because you input it incorrectly when ordering, that is not my responsibility and I will not send a replacement. If received in a flat mailer, make sure to open by ripping the tab, DO NOT CUT OPEN WITH SCISSORS OR KNIFE! You will damage the items you purchased if the packaging is opened incorrectly, so be careful! After two-three days have passed, message me if your item has not arrived and we will discuss solutions. Please give items two full days after shipping says delivered to receive your item, mail carriers often mark items as delivered before it actually has been. This being said, if you experience an issue with your item, let me know and we can work things out! After the package leaves my hands and is shipped, it is not my responsibility if USPS loses or damages an item.
